CAPI applications are available at the County of Santa Cruz Customer Service Centers located at 1020 Emeline Avenue in Santa Cruz and 18 West Beach Street in Watsonville.
A meeting with a County Benefit Representative will be scheduled once your completed application is received to gather documents and complete other requirements.
