Anyone age 18-24 who has emancipated from foster care or an out-of-home probation placement in Santa Cruz County may be eligible. Former foster youth who have children may also be eligible for THP Plus, if they meet program eligibility requirements.
As an additional condition of eligibility, all youth participating in the THP Plus program must be pursuing county-approved goals of a Transitional Independent Living Plan.
